All our jewelry is handcrafted and designed using premium materials such as 316L Stainless Steel, 18K Gold PVD coating, natural gemstones, and crystals. While we make every effort to display colors and details accurately, variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces.
2. Payment & Orders
We accept payments through secure online gateways. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed successfully. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.

Refund & Exchange Policy
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards for our handcrafted jewelry. Please review our policies regarding refunds and exchanges.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the delicate and customized nature of handcrafted jewelry, we only accept returns or exchanges if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video recommended) to initiate a request.
2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is shipped back to us, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days.
3. Class Registrations
Fees for live classes and video tutorials are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, registrations can be rescheduled for future batches with prior notice.
